雷洋，中共党员，博士、副教授、硕士生导师，2024年天津大学访问学者，聚焦多孔有机聚合物基整体式吸附柱/膜材料形态与性能调控的理论研究与合成方法研究。
主要研究领域包括：
结合结构调控策略与界面聚合工程，构建具有多级孔道结构的整体式吸附柱与分离膜材料，系统研究材料组成、微观形貌与吸附性能的构效关系。
围绕国家"双碳"战略目标与工业节能减排需求，攻关工业末端废气综合治理技术，开发大气环境多污染物（VOCs、超细颗粒物）净化与二氧化碳分离捕集一体化材料；构建基于分子识别机制的土壤/水体污染物靶向去除体系，开发绿色可持续的环境污染物净化新材料、新方法。
主持甘肃省青年科技基金项目、津甘双地科技特派员项目、青年博士创新基金项目、高校教师创基金项目、青年科技人才项目、天津大学联合创新基金项目、省高等教育教学改革研究项目、兰州交通大学教育教学改革项目。同时作为研发骨干参与省重点研发项目（工业类）、联合科研基金项目、兰州市科技支撑专项。先后在Chemical Engineering Journal, Journal of Membrane Science, Journal of Hazardous Materials等国际、国内知名期刊上发表论文20余篇（其中第一作者或通讯作者：TOP一区SCI论文10篇），申请国家专利4项。组内多名成员获得“研究生国家奖学金”、“甘肃省普通高等学校优秀毕业生”等荣誉，并在中国矿业大学、天津工业大学等著名高校攻读博士学位。
