赵玉玲，正高级工程师，硕士生导师。1989年6月于西北师范大学化学系获得学士学位。主要从事有机光电功能材料（有机电致发光材料和有机光伏材料）的合成与器件研制、双烯烃聚合用稀土催化剂的研究、荧光探针等方面的研究工作。主持完成国家自然科学基金一项；近年来作为主要参与者承担完成国家自然科学基金（2项）、中石化燕山分院北化院的外委项目（2项）、甘肃省自然科学基金项目（4项）、甘肃省发改委项目（1项）、兰州市科技发展计划项目（2项）。目前参与在研国家基金一项、横向课题一项（西延高铁隧道排水系统结晶形成机理及预防关键技术研究）。在国内外学术刊物Inorg. Chem. Front., Dyes and Pigments, Organic Electronics, Dalton Transactions, Synthetic Metals等杂志上发表学术论文60余篇。获甘肃省高校科技进步二等奖2项，甘肃省高校自然科学三等奖1项。
